To become a security oficer you must complete a Certificate I in Pre-Licence Security (91190NSW) Course which contains Certificate I in Security Operations (PRS10103) and elective modules required for different types of licences. Please check the Careers in Security Page for further details. 

Pre-Licence security courses run every month and fill up fast.

Certificate II and III courses are available through Recognition of Prior Learning (and Recognition of Current Competency) only.

Certificate IV and Diploma level courses require individual enquiries.
